Upgrade of 1.4.1 site to the latest version

I have a client running 1.4.1 who needs some of the more recent functionality provided by a couple of modules which is only available in 1.6+. I'm looking for someone to apply the upgrade with the minimal of disruption and therefore I will provide a staging version of the site to make sure the upgrade is issue free.

You should definitely have experience of upgrading sites between major versions and be happy working in an SSH environment. The site has 250+ pages and is running Cataloger amongst other modules.
