Roll over subsription packages payment

Hello i am trying to get some help which am happy to pay for with the self-registration module. I have created a suppliers list using CTLmodulemaker which works fine but want to create subsription packages so that when uers register the system collects there credit card details and go to something like paypal for payment but when the registration expires the system automatically go to paypal for payment again unless the user cancels registration. Thank you.
