Looking for weather rss feed or html forecast

Hiyya!

Nothing to do with CMSMS so sorry....but you are all such great people, I thought I would ask here 

Does anyone know of a good weather forecast feed or a simple html cut/paste?
I need one for the city of Liverpool, UK. I REALLY like this:

I like the 5 day forecast!

They can give you this for $10 a month, which to me seems a bit of a waste of money!

So what you are saying is that you like it very much, and you have been searching all day.
Seems to me that the $10,- is cheap if it does what you want and it would save you a lot of searching

The weather report is for a local  charitable organisation, that's why cost is a real issue.
