I just installed CMS Made Simple 1.9.4.3. I need to build a site as soon as possible and would like to know if there is any book or tutorial with step-by-step instructions that would help me to build my site in as short time as possible.

I am fairly familiar with CMS programs because I have built three sites with Joomla.
