Hi,
Not sure if this is the right area for this question. So sorry, if...
I'm working on this project and I was just wondering if it would be possible to manipulate page attributes from the page template. For example I know it's possible to switch off "Cacheable" globally from the "Page defaults", but then all the pages won't be "Cacheable". This is how the question came into my mind. Does anyone know if it's possible to manipulate page attributes from the page template?
Thanks in advance!
Manipulate page attributes
Re: Manipulate page attributes
On the options-tab of the individual pages, these are settable on a page-per-page level.
If you dont want to navigate there, or dont want to give manage-all-content, to a user, then select the property in the basic-properties in globalsettings. It will show on the main tab of a page then.

Re: Manipulate page attributes
I meant to manipulate page attributes from the page template code. This way I would be able to make restricted area with "FrontEndUsers" and "CustomContent" and I would not have to count on the users to remember to switch off "cachable"-parameter. On the other hand I would have "cachable"-parameter on the other pages.
So when user makes a new page to restricted area, he/she would only choose the right page template for the new page and - most importantly - wouldn't have to switch "cachable"-parameter off manually. They forget it anyway so the target is to minimize users errors on this matter.
