Hello,

Just for clarification, I have clients that do wish to have it, so it’d be a back and forth. I'd think, thou the feature request round is over, it's be best to give an option in the page defaults to choose what is filtered. But if you use a module (Like Advanced Content) this is possible now without voiding the support by messing with the core.

Just some thoughts

As I said, no harm done.
To get back on topic: I'd be great to have an option to filter filenames with a certain prefix. The function create_file_dropdown() already supports that.

I hope I'll remember it for the feature requests for 1.11.
