FrontEndUser problem following upgrade

Hi,

Today I upgraded from version 1.8.1 to 1.9.4.2 using the base upgrade.

The upgrade seemed to go well except for one problem relating to FrontEndUsers. When a user attempts to login with an invalid userid or password they get the message 'Column count doesn't match value count at row 1'. If they login with the correct details then the system behaves normally.

I have looked through the forum and can't see any reference to this particular problem.

The release levels are as follows:-

CMSMS - 1.9.4.2
CGExtensions - 1.26.6
FrontEndUsers - 1.15.1
CustomContent - 1.7.3

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Did you check any error messages with debug set to true in config.php?
