Upgrade from 1.92 to 19.4.1 and then 1.94.2

Hi,

Today I upgraded from version 1.9.2 to 1.9.4.1 using the full diff and then using part diff to 1.9.4.2.

The upgrade seemed to go well except for one thing. I now get errors when using the search module.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class SearchItemCollection in /home/whangarei_girls/wghs-school.com/wghs/modules/Search/action.dosearch.php on line 5

I have looked through the forum and it would appear that I have define some content twice in a template but I can't see anything like that. Also would an update from 1.9.2 to 1.9.4.2 trigger such a change? http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/viewtopi ... ic=37246.0

Search module is 1.6.10
