NEWBIE: how to reference multiple stylesheets

I'm sure I'm missing something despite searching previous posts.

How do I attached multiple stylesheets to a template?

There are 2 ways,

either click the CSS link, on the right side of the submit/apply, when editing a template. That will bring up the stylesheets attached, with a pulldown to attach more.

Or go to a stylesheet, and then press the attach-to-template link.

I always use option 1, as I am modifying a template, when doing styling
