smarty error after upgrade to CMSMS 1.9.4.2

After upgrading 1.6.5 to 1.9.4.2 I get the following message when I preview the site:

I am clueless what to do here. i checked my Modules and there are no message that I need to upgrade any of those. Thanks for your assistance!

Maybe you have some javascript in a page, template or GCB that should have been surrounded by {literal} tags?

For what ever reason, it is now gone???!! Thanks anyway.

probably the page got cached. When you edit the page, the error will appear again

Probably Google affiliate code in your template. Error is still there.
