Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Help with the display of my client's CMS

Post by dianacp »

Thanks for reading my post.

I am not a developer but a web administrator. Please bare with me...

There is a problem with our CMS display.

Please see the screenshot.http://www.diigo.com/item/image/1j2tv/kiqe

Please let me know what other info do you need.

Most recent changes? Probably i installed a 3rd party module. But the CMS worked well for almost a month before this display problem exist.

Just want to know what could be the cause of the problem and advice on what to do.

Thank you,
Diana

Seeing from your image you are running version 1.6, the first you should do is upgrading to latest version as 1.6 is no longer supported.

Go into the module manager with this no--styling admin panel and uninstall that module you installed.

Which module did you delete? Did you remove the call to that module from the template as well?

You can PM me FTP and CMSMS admin login info and I can take a look.

As far as I remember, I didn't delete any module recently or from the template before this happens, except for the other users of the CMS, which most probably wouldn't do that. how to PM you? Tnx
