Add images to summary of Blogs Made Simple

Hi,
I have a blog with Blogs made simple and I'm looking to add a picture to the "summary" text which appears on the main blog page before clicking the URL for more text.

Any idea how I can do that?

I'm using the latest version of CMSMS and of BMS.

Try using CGBlog as BMS is no longer maintained...
