How to install Comments svn

I need to install the latest svn version of Comments (1.6).

I've never installed a svn before so would someone explain to me how I do this?
I really can't figure it out

You can also go to the comments project on the forge, and download the latest nightly tarball.

I used the search and allready uploaded the latest tar but the problem is I can't figure out how to install it

if you go here http://www.multiintech.com/ there are 2 ZIP file for download, first has Comments module in folder with an updated files folder, unzip and add the updated files to the comments module folder, yes to overwrites/replace, FTP Comments folder to your site in the Module folder if you already have Comments Module installed you will need to uninstall it then reinstall it, some times just for kiks i will clear cache in between uninstall and install...
the second ZIP has just the update files for Comments.. same thing just FTP the files to your Comments folder on your site, yes to overwrites/replace, uninstall/install...
