MleCMS asking install CGExtensions witch is installed

Using

CMS Version 1.9.4.2 "Faanui"
CGExtensions 1.26.2
ContentCache 1.2
MleCMS 1.8

MleCMS starts asking suddenly CGExtensions 1.23 although newer version is installed.

Please, instal module CGExtensions 1.23 (Troubleshooting)

What is causing this error?

I found this bugreport:

There were something between MleCMS 1.8 and newest CGExtensions.

I created test environment and tested again MleCMS installation.
First i installed CGExtensions 1.23 and MleCMS after that.

MleCMS installation suggests to install ContentCache (version 1.2 or later) and upgrading CGExtensions to version 1.26.2,(what?).

Installation went ok but still cannot access MleCMS settings.
