new admin username?

Is it possible to change the admin username? I have a certain username being used for my CMS but I think it would be wiser to not have it at all because of where else the username has been used.  Is there any way to remove or rename that "user"?  Its the default (original) admin and doesn't have the delete button that all other users have.

that will change the password but what I want to change is the username itself.

it changes it to default admin, have you gone here to change it  Users & Groups » Users » Edit User » My Prefs » My Account: "one you want to change" when i used the afore mentioned method because i had too many sites and forgot the login  password, once i logged in with the reset adminname/password i went to  Users & Groups » Users » Edit User » My Prefs » My Account: "one you want to change" and changed the name to another and the 'password' to another

Maybe you could assist, as I have tried on various threads under username "theuniscc" for fix to none-admin login.

I have written a few posts under my username: theuniscc

Have installed latest 3 versions, ons after the other, and reinstalled, followed all leads from posts as what to do but no luck to login to the Admin.

Maybe search my posts, approx 12, I posted my phpinfo and all other data asked.

Maybe someone is missing something, I am for sure also.
