MySqlDump - Can't install

I'm trying to install the module MySqlDump.
I recieve this error message:
INSTALLATION ABORTED

You cannot use this module, since you don't have MySQL installed on your server.

Please make the necessary corrections before trying install again.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi tilde,

Could be Safe Mode enabled, or problems on your webserver.
For both things you probably need to contact your host.

Of course this could be the reason.
But it is strange, on one main domain it is working but on the sub domain it is not.
On this server safe mode is off.
