CGFeedback quit

Post by jeroen914 »

It won't post any comments (anymore)

upon submit, it just returns to CGBlog

it also won't display any error messages, like missing e-mail etc.
again, it just returns to CGBlog

Did you try upgrading? There were CGBlog and CGFeedback released lately.

yep, got all the latest versions of CGBlog, CGFeedmaker, CGExtensions and CGSimplesmarty
It's driving me crazy... Got pretty much the same setup running on another site and it works flawless there

Thanks though

Turn on debug mode in your config.php maybe you will see some error then after submiting CGFeedback form.

Did you upgrade from some older version?
Just upgraded yesterday on my blog and have no issues.

I just uninstalled the feedback module, and reinstalled it from scratch
So it's running without modifications to templates and forms and still no go...

I'll try the debug again, but after submitting the form, it immediately returns to the Blog page, so debug doesn't get a chance to show any errors...

I ended up un-installing the latest version and re-installed an older version (1.3.3)
Fixed it for me
