Is this needing CMS?

I am working on a site that is hosted by GoDaddy but everything is done through CMSMS. This site however has nothing needing a content management system. Everything database driven is done through a Click Here link that our web developers maintain from a server on there end, nothing is every touched by us. Do this site need CMS MS or could we just use GoDaddy or another hosting service?

Perhaps they are using the CMSMS admin site on their end??

Nope on the database side they don't use CMSMS they use something else, couldn't get the name but they said it isn't CMSMS. I'd like to use CMSMS but I don't want to do something that isn't needed.
