Help with menu hover

Hi,

I need some help please. i have created a website on the following domain: www.justinradford.co.za/test and am having browser display issues with the menu.

In IE, the hover effects work perfectly - so when you mouse over the menu text, the text changes colour to red and the image icon appears above it.

However, in Firefox, Safari and Google Chrome, when you mouse over the text, nothing happens. BUT, when you go slightly higher above the text, then the effect occurs.

Please help.

looks like the div containing the pics is overlapping part of the navigation div and masking that lower part out for the hover.

If you use firebug as an addon in firefox you can see what is wrong.
