hello, when I do custom themes, I get problems with submenus.

You might want to add some css. Take a look at the exemple navigation stylesheets

Well well.. if i add
into new menu manager i file i get all the top menu but not the sub-menys. I have try everything and searching for guides but dosent find somthing that can help me

Where did you get this custom template? Seems like it doesn't support submenu's
I suggest to add one of the default example navigation stylesheets to your template and learn some css.
Otherwise it may be better to delete all subpages
