Show links to newest pages created?

Is there a way I can use the Menu Manger to show links to only the 5 newest pages created, and ignore all other pages?

I basically want a really simple news-like list of the latest few pages I have made.

Should I be using a module instead?

use the news-module, it gives you all you ask.

I had a look at the news module. If I did use it, I would have to convert all of my current content into news articles wouldnt I?

For something like news page you should look at News or CGBlog modules but you could probably do some wrokaround to using a plugin like http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/projects/lastcreatedpage , ididn't use it so no idea how it works, but instead of MenuManager you could use this plugin to create your menu (i assume it will show a list of pages created)

default tag, recently_updated, shows links to the pages.
