Wamp Install - Upload to Server?

Hi,

Some help or point to thread with some info on this issue would be great, as i couldn't find anything when searching for it.

I have created a site on my local host using Wamp, it has a few added modules like front end user management & self registration.

Is there a way to just straight upload the entire site to my host without having to go through the installation process again. As i also want to be able to download my site from the server make a few config changes and then have the current site working on my local host. This will make it easier for me to perform updates offline. Could you point out the config changes i would need to make?

You could have a look at wiki for example here http://wiki.cmsmadesimple.org/index.php ... er_.281.29

Basically all you need is backup of your files, database and move files to new server, import your database.
Run installer again but untick options/checboxes at bottom to install sample data in database on step 5 and you are good to go.
