text at top of every page

Hi sorry for my ignorance but all the way through the instalation i had text at the top of the page garbled unzipped text :

and after instalation it is on top of every page

This is the second time I've seen this now. Last time, a reinstall fixed it, but I have no idea what is causing the problem.

What version of php and on what platform are you running?

I have got exsisting websites running CMS made simple running on the same server no problems

PHP Version: 4.3.10 (Zend: 1.3.0)
HTTP Server: Apache/1.3.28 (Unix)

this is the site address at the moment

I have re-installed same problem??

I can get intouch with the hosting company to see if they can shed any light ?

after contacting the hosting company
there message is as follows:
Hi Gary,

The text is in the contents of the file which are included into the page, it
looks like it has been written from unzipping and uploading the file.

If you require any additional information or we can be of any further
assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.

... don't tell me. There's a WS_FTP.log file in the lib/contenttypes dir?

I have deleted it but cant log in to the admin section might not be the same problem
