Starting to see this junk appear everywhere in the CMS when i install a new module, recently setup a new install of the core system 1.9.4.1.
so far when i install Form Builder 0.7, Gallery 1.4.4 ( and older versions of both ) any of the module derived user text ( the menu item that would appear on the Extensions menu, the text in the module itself, the menu item under Content in the case of gallery ) is formatted as in the subject line above.
as you can image this makes the mdules unusable as you can't navigate around the module or read the module help properly. i;ve attached a screen shot of how the module help looks to illustrate the point.
any oen have any diea what the problem might be.?
i'm using 1.9.4.1 with the following modules isntalled :

FileManager 1.1.0 installed
Gallery 1.4.4 installed/cannot remove
MenuManager 1.7.6 installed
ModuleManager 1.4.2 installed
News 2.11.2 Installed
nuSOAP 1.0.2 Installed
Printing 1.1.2 Installed
Search 1.6.10 Installed
ThemeManager 1.1.4 Installed
TinyMCE 2.8.4 Installed
running on mysql 5.1.51-community on win2k3
