File Selection for images only showing image filenames

Hi,
I am quite newbie on CMSMS, hope you can help.
I'm running version 1.9.2.

When I create a new article, and insert an image, I use the File Selection (browse) button.
Now it shows only the names of the images. Instead, I would like to see the images themselves.
What am I doing wrong?

Go to "Extensions -> TinyMCE" and look if in dropdown Filepicker style: "Show thumbnails" is set.

Nope, this doesn't work. I made a new screenshot of the settings. What is going wrong here? I have posted the setting i made.
