How to Integrate my SMF 2.0 RC5 Forum with my CMSMS Homepage

How can I Integrate my SMF 2.0 RC5 Forum with my CMSMS 1.9.4.1 Homepage? I checked the Module Download Section, and there is a Mod for it to integrate, however, doesn't have any download files. How can I accomplish this?

Please Help.
