I URGENTLY want to have a website template (.tpl file) for my consultancy company, which should be compatible with CMSMS. Also you need to provide all the associated stylesheets and images as PSD & CDR. I know basic CMSMS, and have ample time to study that in-depth, but do not have time/skills to create a new corporate-looking website design. Actually, the website was initially created using a website builder provided by the hosting company (jushost.com), and worked fine. But now, the site is ever increasing, and pages are hard to manage (not to mention the pain of adding thied-party modules etc.). So i decided to move on to CMSMS, and found fantastic. I have even changed my hosting service from last week, and tried re-creating the website using CMSMS (latest version). Right now, just experimenting with the bundled templates. But now i want it to be done properly (professionally).
The website is www.techsmartsys.com and deals with industrial automation, process control, simulation and modelling, MATLAB/SIMULINK Training and LabVIEW Training, projects and consultancy services.

The template should also contain the following items:
1. Contact form with necessary validations by jQuery(client-side) and PHP (server-side), as required for each of the fields. Additionally, an email (template required) to be sent to the user & admin with the form submission results. The contact form must have the file upload facility, which will be sent as email attachments. I will provide the links of the forms separately (which are currently hosted on www.formsite.com).
2. Various registration forms with validations as above. These forms will be stored in a different table in the CMS database itself. A custom page showing the results of the submission for confirmation needs to be provided. This page will also have a "go back and edit" button also, and SUBMIT form button. Once submitted it takes to the thank you page, and a uniqure reference no. is assigned to the submission. This will be used for tracking & official records. Additionally, an email (template required) to be sent to the user & admin with the form submission results.
3. Template for the above forms page (if different from the main template, alongwith its CSS).
4. Place for Admin/Client login in the side-bar menu in all pages.
5. Place for news module in the side-bar menu in all pages. Also any additional template required for news module, has to be provided (alongwith its CSS).
Organisation of the main template:
1. Header with company logo. This will also have "site search" button & text-field on the right side of the header. The header also needs to have "main" navigation menu with only one level down (functionality to restrict it to only 1st level need to be provided).
2. The header to be followed by CSS and/or JS animated "automatic" 4-5 image slider (size around 200px height X page width). The necessary code for this also needs to be provided (maybe as global content block/UDT).
3. This will be followed by a nice breadcrumb showing the current location and hierarchy as ">>".
4. Right Side-bar will have submenu navigation at top, then followed by some links-list (to as appear on all pages) beneath it.
5. Right Side-bar will have news module, which will show the latest 3 news, and the "Archive" or "All News" link/button, which takes to the main News module page having the links for each news item, either in the above-mentioned submenu or the main content block, whichever is nicer.
5. The main content block should start with the "page title" as H1/H2. Additionally the main template CSS shoud have proper codes/formatting for all types of links paragraph styles, lists, tables, table headers, borders, etc clealy defined.
6. Somewhere right to the above page title, "print" and "convert to pdf" images shoud be present.
7. At the end of the main content, link for "top of the page", "Next Page", and "Previous page" needs to be provided.
8. Finally the "clear-style" footer must contain copyright information, and "sitemap" link.
9. Any background images, buttons, icons, favicon, etc needed for each of these content blocks/divs have to be provided.
10. Code for a "lightbox" for placing content/image in it having a close button/link in it has to be provided which is compatible with the above temlpate. Also provide the usage instructions for the lightbox.
11. Preferably, Everything must be in HTML/CSS - No Tables.
Any suggestions to the above will be greatly appreciated.
Most imp: pls choose the colours wich match with the website logo. shades of blue, grey preferable.
visit www.mathworks.com and www.ni.com for some idea of the template, content, sample images, and color scheme i want. NO orange, green, yellow or red colours or fluorescent colours pls.
I know enough CMSMS to apply the template & CSS, and how to use the smarty tags, GCBs and UDTs. So, I guess that would be a great help (or maybe the other way round
