Rogue link

I have a rogue link showing up.
It appears nowhere in any admin pages or on the sites menu, but if I view the sitemap it shows up and is called "extensions" and appears to be a page from the original install help pages.

As I cannot find it anywhere in my admin area, how do I get rid of it?

Did you remove all of the default pages by doing a mass delete in the content list?

Yes I did. I remember doing several pages at a time. Has this broken something? If so is there an easy fix?

I changed the way that mass delete in done in the 0.13 betas.  The only way really to fix it at this point is to go into the cms_content table of the database and remove it.

The only way really to fix it at this point is to go into the cms_content table of the database and remove it.

Logged into MySql tables and after a bit of sniffing around, found the item under cms_content menu items table, deleted it and all is well now.
