403 Forbidden when getting to the admin panel

The problem is in the title.
I don't succeed to display the admin panel, there is a 403 Forbidden message.
I guess it is due to the permissions on the folders and files, but I don't know what to do...
My site is hosted by OVH (France).

What is the admin path in config.php?
