Module Manager not pulling up Available modules [SOVLED]
Module Manager not pulling up Available modules [SOVLED]
So I have a couple sites running CMSMS, and one thing I noticed in the past, to check if modules need to be upgraded, I just go to Module Manager, and all the new updated modules will be listed there.
Now I am just double checking to make sure it is still working because when I go to Module Manager, nothing shows up, which I would take as nothing needs to be updated, I then try to click on "Available Modules" tab or any of other tabs and nothing happens. Does this happen to anyone else? Is it suppose to not work anymore? Is this a bug that needs fixing? Please let mek now.

Re: Module Manager not pulling up Available modules
Have you removed or disabled the nuSOAP module?
Re: Module Manager not pulling up Available modules
No I have not removed nuSOAP and that module is appearing in my modules folder. It is Active as well
Re: Module Manager not pulling up Available modules
So I am still not sure how to proceed with this. I have the nuSOAP active and installed, but the Module Manager is still not working. None of the tabs work which makes me think that my modules need to be updated but I am not sure which ones. Please does anyone know how to fix this?
Should I completely remove nuSOAP, download the newest version and reinstall it?

Re: Module Manager not pulling up Available modules
Ok I had to completely write over the Module Manager module with the newest downloaded module and installed it, that seemed to work.

Re: Module Manager not pulling up Available modules
Im having the same problem, where did you got the module manager for download? from the core?
Re: Module Manager not pulling up Available modules
Yes, if you go and download the full 1.9.4.1, in the modules folder there should be Module Manager folder. Just copy all those files over you current Module Manager folder. That is how I got it to actual show what modules need to be update. HOpe this helps.

Hi Alpdog14,

Re: Module Manager not pulling up Available modules [SOVLED]
I have done this, but I also want to know why this happened and can it happen again? Can anyone answer this? All I usually do i update my files as the new releases come out so it must have been in one of the releases, can this happen again?
Re: Module Manager not pulling up Available modules [SOVLED]
I had 1.9.4 before.
But if the problem was in that we would see lots of topics about it in the forum.
So i think something whent wrong while unzip the program in the host.

Re: Module Manager not pulling up Available modules [SOVLED]
With out full info it is hard to tell what happened but it sounds like you used FTP to get folders/files to server and it may have dropped some, is best to cPanel in and use file manager to upload then unzip it...
