Tiny MCE Stylesheets Not Working!

When I click on style-sheets my classes do not show up. Typically I hand coded style-sheets simply because it was easier for me to ftp them real quick after making edits. Now I have a site the client is going to be working on updating more I wanted to be able to use the functionality of the styles attributes of cmsms.

I created my custom template and attached a stylesheet with a few classes in it to my template. When I click on the styles button nothing appears. The stylesheet smarty tag is in my template, and using firebug I can see the stylesheet is loading on the page with the template.

I already upgraded for 1.9.3 to 1.9.4.1

Tiny MCE is up to date. I haven't messed with any of the default settings.

And the styles work on the default template when clicking the styles button in tinymce, just not with my custom template.

Also if I go into the tinymce module settings and play with the test box I can see my styles being loaded, just when I go to edit a page I can't see them.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Did you mark it as screen : Intended primarily for color computer screens.?...

Yes it is marked as screen. I also tried all, neither are working. I even tried re-uploading the tiny mce module still with no success.

Also I don't think it is server settings as other sites are running on our server under the same configuration and working.

Just make sure they aren't set as more than one type, should only be set as screen nothing else, I've never seen this problem once they were set as screen only...

It's happening again on a separate site. The strange part is there are several other sites on the same server without any issues. Firebug shows the elements are missing from the dom? No JS errors either so I beginning to lean towards something serverside, but I checked apache error logs and nothing.
