Delete a Main User does it change everything?
So I have 2 users in my CMSMS. The names we will give them is Admin / God. The Admin has created all the pages so he is the "Owner". God was recently given all the same rights as Admin. If I delete Admin will Owner change to God?

Pretty easy to test. Add a lesser deity, have him create a page, then vanquish him and see who is the new overlord of the page.

CMSMS doesn't change ownership of anything when a page is deleted.
However, the 'admin' group is a superuser group and has access to everything. ownership doesn't matter to a member of that group.

Re: Delete a Main User does it change everything?
In all of my CMSMS installs, one of the first things I do is to change the name of the "Admin" group to "SuperAdmin", which retains all privileges.
Then I create a new group called "Admin", and assign it the desired privileges (usually some from the Editor list and some from the Designer list).
I set myself as (usually) the only SuperAdmin, while all other site managers are Admins, and then Editors and Designers or other categories as needed. Some privileges (like clearing the admin log) I reserve for the SuperAdmin.
