Help needed for upgrade from 1.5.4 to Latest

Hi,

I would like a quote for upgrading my current CMS from 1.5.4 to the latest. I have had problems with the site leaving processes running on the server. I have removed references to the comments module and this seems to have helped, but not completely fixed the problem.

It has about 100 pages.
Modules Installed: Captcha, CGExtensions, CMSMailer
Comments, FileManager, LightBox, FormBuilder,
MenuManager, ModuleManager, News, NUsoap, Printing, RateThis,
Search, ThemeManager, TinyMCE.

I am not aware of any modifications to the modules, although I did not originally put the site together, so it could be possible.

Would it be possible for me to have ssh access? I'm assuming that you want all your modules testing for functionality too? And then fixing if anything has broken?
