Cataloger show same item three times

I'm newbie to Cataloger module. I use version 0.8.0. and CMSMS 1.6.9, becouse my host doesn't have PHP 5 support. I'm doing a catalogue of some people and they adresses. The problem is that the item-page is showing same name three times. Is there a way to resolve this?

I'm sending a webpage as well.

It would be nice if there was an index page in main page (to choose a letter and you would recieve just people who start at that letter).
