embeding google translate code not working

hey guys so i'v done this on sites i dont use cmsms and it works fine. I want to enable my site to be translated using the google translate widget. here is a link to the google page to get it. http://translate.google.com/translate_tools
so basically i copy the code. I made a global content block and copied it into the template using that code. this is the error i get when i go live
