(SOLVED) Can't Create a Link on Text

When I updated to 1.9.4 it removed the content ability to link text. I have full admin rights, so if something maybe is disabled and you know what it is let me know and I'll correct it. I can't edit text size anymore, or anything either. Color, size, bold, italic, underline, font type, url link, etc. Any ideas?

try restoring TinyMCE defaults in the admin panel. If this doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall Tiny.
