Hi,
When I upgraded to 1.9.3, I seem to loss my styling. When I do a complete refresh of the page: Ctrl-F5, the page then loads normally.
Here's a site that is doing this: http://webmadesimple.ca.
Can you let me know if you get the same problem while viewing my site. I get this problem on every page except the home page.
Thanks,

Re: Upgraded to 1.9.3 - Now lossing style
You could try to clear the cache via Site Admin » Global Settings
If that doesn't help, you could turn debug on in config.php and look for error messages.

Re: Upgraded to 1.9.3 - Now lossing style
Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I've tried clearing cache and still no styles come up.
I turned debug on in the config.php and the site loads up fine with style. Now that confuses me
Can someone take a look at my site to see if there is something strange happening. I left debug on. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be looking for.
This is happening to me on other sites I've upgraded to 1.9.3. One example I'm working on now is when I make a change to a site and refresh the page, no styles get loaded. I have to do a Ctrl-F5 to get the page to load up properly.
Any help would be great.
Thanks,

Re: Upgraded to 1.9.3 - Now lossing style
Everything looks ok in the debug messages.
I don't think it caused this issue, but you might want to turn
<META NAME="revisit-after" Content=
and
<META NAME="description"
into small caps. You never know
And I guess you have {literal}...{/literal} tags around the code that contains the { sign? (javascript and IE6 css hack)
Can you turn back to debug=off?

Re: Upgraded to 1.9.3 - Now lossing style
Hi,
I fixed the capital letters, that didn't do it...
And I have {literal} there.
Debug is now off.
Thanks,

Re: Upgraded to 1.9.3 - Now lossing style
I can not think of any other thing then there must be something wrong in one of the stylesheets. You might want to check if the css validates.
What is stylesheet id=42 doing in your list? http://www.webmadesimple.ca/stylesheet.php?cssid=42
Seems like it's empty?
edit: they all seem to be empty now

Re: Upgraded to 1.9.3 - Now lossing style
I don't know what the stylesheet is?
These are the ones I'm using:
Layout
Navigation: CSSMenu - Horizontal
Accessibility and cross-browser tools
Print
Module: News
Calendar CSS example
Odd....
Thanks for looking into this. I don't know what it could be?

Seems like some sort of css caching problem... Maybe it helps to open and save some stylesheets?
edit:
with ctrl F5 your site shows ok.
with F5 it doesn't
Have to wait for some of the caching experts to look at this

Re: Upgraded to 1.9.3 - Now lossing style [solved]
Ok...think I figured it out....[again].
I started this post a little while ago after my host moved my account to a different server: http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/viewtopi ... =8&t=51188
Once 1.9.3. came out, I undid what I did in the post above and everything seemed fine with 1.9.3. until this week. I redid the above and everything seems fine now.
Thanks for your help.
