Instalation problem

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Well, php version 5.2.3 is lower then the recommended 5.2.13, so you can't install the latest version of CMSMS on your hosting plan.

You could ask your host to upgrade, or use CMSMS version 1.6.9
