Blank white page when going to module manager

Upgraded site from 1.7 to 1.9.3. Module manager was a blank white page in 1.7 and after the upgrade it is still a blank white page.

Module Manager is version 1.4. Everything in system info is green except for max upload size which is a yellow exclamation point. PHP version is 5.2.17. PHP Effective Memory Limit is at 64m.

There are a many more modules showing up in system info then in "extensions-modules".

I've read other posts that have the same issue but did not see a fix that will work for me. I installed CGextensions as suggested in one post.

I considered uninstalling module manager but there is no xml or download option to reinstall so this didn't seem prudent.

I am able to install using xml but would like to get the module manager working.

I also saw that godaddy could be the culprit but I also know that they won't budge on configuring the servers for users.

I have all of my other cms sites with bluehost but this customer is sticking with godaddy.

What was the last module you installed - perhaps it is the culprit?

The last thing I did b4 the white page occured

was to do an upgrade. I don't think I have added any module in quite a while except for yesterday to try and remedy the problem.

You originally said you had the white screen before the updgrade.

What modules do you have installed?
You could try renaming the module directories via FTP, one by one (except for the ones that come with the core), to something like:

CompanyDirectory becomes _CompanyDirectory
Gallery becomes _Gallery

until you find one that is causing the problem.

You could also set the debug flag to true in config.php, to see if there are any error messages.

Good call on renaming the modules. "nuSOAP" is the culprit. I downloaded 1.0 of nuSOAP and I can still go to the module manager but there are no modules listed. I have the 4 different tabs.

I don't see any errors in debug. Thanks for the previous tips.

Sounds like not all folders/files made it up to the site on upgrade...
