Submit button rollover effect not showing...

Not sure why, but the Submit button is not showing it's rollover effect on my form (using Form Builder) you can see it on the lower-right hand corner where it's titled 'CALL ME' - http://www.ileansolutions.com can anyone help me?

Yet it shows on the Newsletter form right below it (Newsletter MadeSimple)...

Helps if you show what it is you want it to look like, all submit buttons get a class now so if you use the div it's in and the submit class it should work, but you have to remember to tell it border:none to start with...
