Formbrowser -> deleting via Frontend ends up in Smarty error

Hi,

i have setup an formbrowser, which is viewable and edible via frontend. Everything works fine. The problem is, when i try to delete an entry, it is deleted but i get a smarty error:

string(77) "Smarty error: unable to read resource: "module_db_tpl:FormBrowser;fbr_list_3""

I tried to search the whole module for module_db_tpl, but ended up without a solution. Can anyone help here?

I'm not any further with this. Has anybody had something similar with another module and solved it there?
