how to upload video and display it on a page

I'm using cmsms 1.9.2 and would like to know if its possible to allow frontend-users to upload an image or video from their computer to my cmsms site, which they can post on a page that represents them. Then when the next person signs up as a front-end user they can do the same thing and post their image or video to a page that presents them. Is there a lot of work to have this kind of logic established? I already downloaded custom content, uploads and front-end user to get things started.

i have installed av player on my website. i upload a movie but it won't play on my website it say that i need NeoLao Player. i found that one here

but how can i get this on my website??

It describes how to do this...

yes i did. i is now showing a black screen with a play button when i press this nothing happend.

is it also need to fill in something in the user defined form??
