Hiding pages from Editors

How can I hide a particular page so it is not editable by users in the Editor group? I know I can uncheck the "Edit All Pages" permission for the group, but then I have to manually add the group as an Additional Editor to every page, as it's not selected by default. What I really want is for Editors to be able to edit all pages apart from a few that I specify.

Apologies if this is a frequently asked question - I tried searching the forum but didn't come up with much.
