Hi-

I'm looking for someone to develop a reservations module to manage parking for my organization. Here are the basic specs:


Users opt-in to the system using their FEU profile.
Users in the system have a limited number of hours per quarter which will reset at the end of each quarter. This may expand out to 6 months or a year, but initially, it should be 3 months.
Users can sign up for a space at any time. They are limited to a certain number of hours per week, however.
Users can put their names on a waiting list for a spot in the event someone cancels.
Once a user goes over their allotted hours, they can still sign up for a spot but will automatically be put on the waiting list. If the time remains available, they will be moved into it at 5 pm the day before.
Email notifications of reservations/cancellations will be necessary.
I'd like to build this off the Reservations module for faster deployment, if possible.
