Can one move the directory that holds CMS madesimple

hi, just wondering.  i have made a special folder for this while im beta testing it for myself.  my question is after I have completed the test and want to make it my real site, how do i move it, from site/CMS to the root folder of site?  can i just move the folder, will everything follow?  When i set the breadcrumbs, it seems like that would be a problem.

The only thing you should have to change after you move are the paths in config.php.  Make sure you clear the cache in the admin (Site Admin->Global Settings->Clear Cache) after it's changed.
