CGUserDirectory - urgent sort issue!

Hi guys..

I have a strange issue. I have a FEU multiselect parameter ("fase") with the following content and order:

Ingen værdi angivet
Seed
Start-up
Ekspansion
Generationsskifte
Buyout

But on the website the order is somewhat different when I call the module with browse parameter:

Ingen værdi angivet
Start-up
Ekspansion
Seed
Generationsskifte
Buyout

"Start-up" and "Seed" have changes places and "Ekspansion" has also a new sort order.
I have no idea why. Can you help out?

I call the module as follows:
{CGUserDirectory action="browse" prop="fase"}
