Page alias corrupted Topic is solved

Recently, I updated from some earlier version (think it was 1.5.4) to 1.9.2 and known problem from previous versions is happening. As admin I can change page content without changing page alias but users that are editors, with each submit or apply, are having automatic change of page alias. Is there some workaround?
