Error when creating a new page

I am trying to create a new page in CMS but Im getting this error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function Hierarchy() on a non-object in /var/www/vhosts/<domain>/httpdocs/cms/modules/SiteMapMadeSimple/SiteMapMadeSimple.module.php on line 244

It was working fine last time I needed to create a new page. However I might have upgraded cms to 1.9.1 since then.

disable SiteMapMadeSimple because that module is giving problems.
Did you upgrade it tot the newest version 1.2.2?

Yea Im using sitemapmadesimple 1.2.2. Id rather keep it if at all possible.

Ive managed to get around this error by temporarily disabling the sitemapmadesimple module, posting the page, then enabling it again.
