[Solved]How to get into Admin

I am still finding my way - have been accessing Admin by clicking on the link on the main demo page of my installation that says if this is your site click here. Have been trying out changes to the templates etc and now have lost the content on the main page so have lost the link into Admin. My files are on a thumbdrive: E:\xampp\htdocs\

Which file allows me to open Admin?

Or: How can I go back to the original demo main page.

I have been experimenting on the demo page but I suppose I should really start a new dummy site to experiment on. How do I do this?

The admin is located at yoursite.com/admin/ in your case it will be localhost/yoursite.com/admin, if you deleted the original content of the home page there really isn't any way to get it back...
