QUote wanted for upgrade and then further maintenance

Hello all

I have not worked in web design for over 2 years and am not really interested in getting back into it. I would like to pay someone else to:

-upgrade a CMS Made Simple site from 1.2.4 to 1.9.2

-instal upgrades as and when they come out.

I would be interested in hosting further sites in this manner if there is a good price for it. Perhaps I will move to a host that includes upgrades in their package, if anyone can recommend one?
